Who's that human turned Pokemon? It's Lisa from my upcoming Pokemon Mystery Dungeon comic!
No, I have not forgotten any of my old projects (as this proves)! I just have many things working against me:
-I'm a college student
-I'm lazy
-I'm a procrastinator
-I'm unorganized
-My brain fails on my too often
-I still have the mentality of a high school student
This is how I learned to draw Chikorita. I used many references from google and deviantART, but sadly I've had this for so long I've forgotten who the references were. If any look familiar please point them out (I'm sure alot are from official pictures anyways, but if any are from fanart I'd like to credit the original artists that helped me learn to draw Chikorita).
This is how I plan on learning to draw Pokemon. I find a good full body pic, trace it to get a feel of drawing it, then recreate it freehanded. Then I find a bunch of other drawings and simply draw them without tracing for more practicing (I think the technical term is eyeballing?).
I've got a decent feel on drawing Chikorita and Squirtle now, I'm working on Butterfree and some other Pokemon. Upcoming is Squirtle, then the actual comic (well, the first few pages at least)!
